By using the Finzi application ("the App"), you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.

Finzi is an investment management and tracking application that includes:

• Tracking diversified investment portfolios (real estate, stocks, pension, provident funds).
• AI assistant for questions about investments and taxation.
• Personalized financial news.
• Scanning and extracting information from financial documents.

3. Acceptable Use

• The service is intended for personal use only.
• You may not use the service for illegal purposes.
• You may not attempt to access systems without authorization.

4. Not Financial Advice

The app does not constitute investment advice, tax advice, or financial advice of any kind. Information presented in the app is for informational purposes only. Before making financial decisions, consult with a qualified advisor.

5. Information Accuracy

We make efforts to present accurate information, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information. Stock prices and exchange rates may be delayed.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights in the app, including design, code, and technology, belong to OKI Finance.

The app is provided "AS IS." We are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the app, including financial loss.

We reserve the right to update these terms. Material changes will be published in the app.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at our discretion.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Israeli law. Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts of Tel Aviv.
